Dairy Decision Model
Interactive CD-Rom
The Dairy Decision Model (DDM) is an initiative of Subtropical Dairy which is a research and development group of the national Dairy Research and Development Corporation. The DDM was designed to be used as a practical tool to help farm families identify major issues and to commence a structured process to overcome barriers that stand in the way of progress, or to test decisions that have been made.
OLG were responsible for designing and developing a user-friendly interactive CD-Rom that would help farm families get started, working through the process at their own pace and applying the concept to their own circumstances.
The elements that OLG integrated into the CD-Rom included an animated introduction, other animations to illustrate concepts throughout the process, sound, voice-over and an integrated database to enable the two-way process back to the users.
The other components of the multimedia program that OLG were responsible for included the production of a User’s Guide booklet, postcard and Web Site. All of these elements utilized the same design concept as the CD-Rom resulting in an integrated packaged for the promotion and implementation of the DDM.

Centurion Technologies
Interactive CD-Rom
Centurion Technologies Pty Ltd chose the COMDEX show at Las Vegas in November 2000 to release one of their new products, the Centurion SC100 Security Card, and were looking for a unique way of presenting the product which not only communicated its different aspects, but also reached as many potential customers as possible.
OLG came up with the concept of developing a multimedia program for Centurion Technologies. The first stage was a CD-Rom which showcased their new revolutionary product through the use of a Macromedia Flash presentation illustrating the different features of the card in a concise, simple but very sophisticated manner.
The second stage of the program was the development of a web site. The same design and animation features were utilized with the content of the CD-Rom uploaded to the Internet, where the animations can be viewed individually or as a whole presentation.

Best Buy
Searchable Photo Library
Best Buy regularly organises photo shots of their numerous products to include in their printed catalogues and flyers. They were facing the problem of how and where to find the right picture to use. OLG Multimedia came up with the solution by scanning and retouching the pictures when needed and organising them all in a searchable photo library accessible through keywords and distributed on one or two handy CD Roms.

Mack Trucks Australia
Electronic Library
Since its implementation in Australia in 1963, Mack Trucks Australia, part of the Renault VI (France) / Mack Trucks Inc (USA) Group has produced hundreds of internal and external publications, which have never been kept or documented by their Marketing Department. Mack Trucks Australia decided to make a copy of 3,000 original documents including Product Brochures, Specification Sheets, Technical Drawings and Newsletters to ensure they had access to them into the future and to secure a permanent record of them. In order to be able to classify them and then search information in them, OLG created an Electronic Library divided into three CDRoms: Products/ Corporate/ Components. All the documents were scanned, with an index at the beginning of each CDRom listing all the documents by alphabetical order. From now on, all these documents are archived in a user friendly and safe Electronic Library.
